A healthy body is our foundation for moving about in the world and sharing our inner joy to benefit others. We all have experienced sickness and understand the feeling of being out of balance.

In this field, we engage in all aspects of healing and wellness – mental, physical, and environmental – to discover our own intrinsic health, balancing body and mind to establish harmony. This field of knowledge includes many areas of study, practice and activity:
