Meditation in Motion
Monday mornings on Zoom – May 25 to June 22, 2020
A time to mindfully move, explore, play, and perhaps discover ways to balance all the forward eyes, computer shoulders, and sitting we are doing as we shelter in place. There will be minimal direction along with pleasurable dance woven with improvisational structures.
