Losar is fast approaching.  The Earth Sow is slowly making way for the Iron Mouse.

And with the Iron Mouse comes a new program!  We are adding a Children’s Program to this year’s celebration.  Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends are encouraged to invite their young companions to the celebration.  A special program is planned.  Please register the children with name and age using the link below.

Children’s Program

In celebration of “Year of the Mouse”, the children will have the opportunity to make “mouse masks” and hear a story, told by story teller Lynne Conrad Marvet for Year of the Mouse mask-making and a folk tale called, “The Strongest Person in the World” that involves a family of mice.

As part of the merriment, we will also play games, sing songs and share a snack together. The children will be invited to join in the last few minutes of the adult ceremony by placing a flower on the alter with their parents.
