Meditation is a simple process of coming back home to your heart of clarity, compassion, joy. Mediation is more than just an app, self-improvement, band aid, productivity tool or escape. Of all the skills you could learn, all the things you could have, knowing how to mediate is the one skill that enlightens everything.
Join us in learning how to meditate. This four-session beginning meditation class is free with no registration required.
This course is designed to help beginners and intermediate meditators establish and strengthen their ongoing practice. It combines instruction in meditation and embodied mindfulness techniques offered in an interactive Q/A format with group practice in brief sessions. This is an excellent complementary practicum for the Introduction to Buddhism course, but no prior knowledge or experience is necessary.
