Are We Using Our Digital Devices or Are They Using Us?

How often do you intend to take a break from your device, and then find yourself picking it up again? How can we take charge with mindfulness and a sense of balance?
In this program, four authors and experts  – Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, Dr. David Levy, Julie Jacobs, RPT, Dr. Hilarie Cash– will share practical exercises and answer your questions. The Friday night program is free and open to the public. Nalanda West is partnering with Compassionate Action Network.
