Do you need a break from sitting at your computer, being bossed around by your electronic devices, or the demands on your time by work and life? Take a break for yourself. Join us for lunch and meditation. Make a date with your mind: relax & rejuvenate. An hour away too long? Skip the lunch and arrive at 12:25 to get ready for meditation at 12:30.
No registration required, just drop in! No experience necessary.

Parking is available in both the paved & gravel parking lots behind the Nalanda West building. The lot is accessible through the gate next to Lama G’s cafe on the corner of Woodland Park Avenue N and Bridge Way.
