Knowing Oneself Meditation Class

The heart of every experience is fresh when we can embrace the present moment as it is. Meditation enables the thoughts that separate us from this reality to fall away.
In this class we will explore using visual objects as the basis for meditation and familiarize with bringing meditative awareness to more and more complex experiences, and how to begin to apply the insights of meditation to everyday life. Each class will include guided meditation, discussion, and a talk on the topic of the evening. Suitable for beginners and beyond.

The suggested donation for each class is $15 — no one turned away for lack of funds.
