Knife Skills Class
This class will focus on integrating being in awareness and attention while improving our slicing and cutting skills. Knife safety and sharpening will also be addressed. Knowing how to use the knife can make cooking easier and so much more enjoyable— having Joy in the kitchen makes for good food.
We provide the cutting boards and veggies. You bring your favorite knife or borrow one of ours.
