In this program, four authors and experts  – Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, Dr. David Levy, Julie Jacobs, RPT, Dr. Hilarie Cash– will share practical exercises and answer your questions. The Friday night program is free and open to the public.

Explore the signs and symptoms of tech addiction; what is going on biologically to create this addiction and what can we do to free ourselves and return to balance and connection.
